Returns & Exchanges - call or email us and we will be happy to start a return for you. Please do not send packages back to us without an authorization!
My Canine Kids - Cloak & Dawggie stands behind all of our products. We will replace any and all manufacturing defects if for any reason one occurs. Please contact us and we will promptly be back to you with instructions.
All sales are FINAL - but we will exchange for a different size within 30 days from day of purchase. Please be sure to check the sizing chart - it is pretty accurate and if you look for your pets weight - you almost certainly will find the correlating size fits. The chart is for reference - its not exact so look for the closest measurements - and remember all of the items have adjustability.
For exchanges, products must be in perfect condition with original tags attached and original packaging. Please understand we cannot exchange items that have been "gently worn". Shipping costs will be billed accordingly. We don't send return stickers. Please send items back to us USPS FirstClass mail and we will send your exchange back to you at no additional cost. (If for some reason you would like us to send you a label the cost will be deducted from your return.)
For International returns you are welcome to send items back to us. We can refund or issue store credit to place a new order. We don't do exchanges on international orders.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. If for some reason there is a delay in shipping we will contact you either by phone or email.
US SHIPPING INFO:
Shipping is just $6.00 for orders under $70 and FREE for orders over $70. We ship most orders via the U.S. postal service. If you prefer another carrier please contact us for rates.
Most items are delivered within 2-10 business days from ship date. We also offer express shipping within the U.S. only for an additional fee. We are not responsible for invalid or incomplete addresses. Please contact us if you need next day delivery. email@example.com or 888.505.8892
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFO:
We can ship international using USPS International Economy First Class Mail. Please note the tracking is not very good - once it reaches the destination country we are not able to follow the package tracking history. The small international packages are taking anywhere from 3 - 6 weeks to arrive at the destinations. And, often arrive at a central distribution center and are scanned as delivered - but not necessarily to your home. If you receive one of these delivery notices and you have not received your package - it may take a few additional days to be delivered. Also note that we are not responsible for any local VAT or duty that may be incurred.
In the event the package does not arrive - we will gladly refund the product charges. Apologies - but we cannot refund the shipping costs as we always send out the packages and once they leave the US it is out of our control. The shipping charges are calculated at the end of the checkout process. The charts below are just for approximate guidance.
