All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, sometimes the same day. If for some reason there is a delay in shipping we will contact you either by phone or email.

- If there's a size error or item color error on your order please EMAIL US IMMEDIATELY and we will do our best to edit the order for you and correct any mistakes as they do happen. We can only edit the order if processing has not begun.

Shipping is just $6.00 for orders under $70 and FREE for orders over $70.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFO:
We can ship international using USPS International Economy First Class Mail.
Please note the tracking is not very good - once it reaches the destination country we are not able to follow the package tracking history.
The small international packages are taking anywhere from 3 - 6 weeks to arrive at the destinations. And, often arrive at a central distribution center and are scanned as delivered - but not necessarily to your home.
If you receive one of these delivery notices and you have not received your package - it may take a few additional days to be delivered.
Also note that we are not responsible for any local VAT or duty that may be incurred.
In the event the package does not arrive - we will gladly refund the product charges.
Apologies - but we cannot refund the shipping costs as we always send out the packages and once they leave the US it is out of our control.
