Our Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisified you can return it for a store credit, exchange or refund.

We accept returns and exchanges of items in new condition with original tags and packaging within 30 days of the original sale. Please contact us for instructions.

A 10% restock fee will be deducted if the product is not in salable condition (tags are missing, for example).

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for merchandise that has any dog hair on it or has been "gently worn".

The most common reason for a return is the wrong size. Please be sure to measure your dog at the ribcage (chest girth), neck and back length if needed and compare the measurements to what you are ordering.
