My Canine Kids- Cloak & Dawggie stands behind all of our products. We will replace any and all manufacturing defects if for any reason one occurs. Please contact us and we will promptly be back to you with instructions!
All sales are final - but we will exchange for a different size within 15 days from the day of purchase. Please be sure to check the sizing chart - it is pretty accurate and if you look for your pet's weight - you almost certainly will find the correlating size fits. The chart is for reference - it's not exact so look for the closest measurements - and remember all of the items have a bit of adjust-ability. If you are unsure - we suggest to size up.
For exchanges, products must be in perfect condition with original tags attached and original packaging. Please understand we cannot exchange items that have been "gently worn". Shipping costs will be billed accordingly - and items in poor condition out of packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not cover costs of returns back to us - and, we never charge for shipping back to the customers!
International Orders exchange & returns - If for any reason something needs to come back to us you are welcome to return it to us. We can issue store credit or refund - and you can use the credit or refund to place a new order.
